Did a tree get mulched up under that area
awhile ago??
Or something woodsie growing there before????
Sometimes that's the sign it's still decomposing.
I had a huge tree taken down in front of my house.
They took a grinder to the stump and left alot of the sawdust from the grinding!
This is the 3rd year now I've had mushrooms growing there...
Dampness is a factor too (too much water)
