Does anyone know why my tomatoes would be turning white? Not all of them are, but, I don't want to lose my whole crop. I thank anyone for any advice.

Sunburn turns tomatoes white. If there is insufficient foliage to shade them on a hot day they will burn. Use some old shadecloth scraps or similar to prevent it.
