My Foxglove has bloomed to the top. Do I cut it down? If so how, I realy enjoy this plant!

You can cut off the entire bloom stalk if you don't want the Foxgloves to do any self-seeding. If you plan to harvest seeds, you'll want to wait until the seed pods have ripened. They will get a dry, brownish color when ripe.
I love Foxglove...had my first blooms on new perennial type this year and they were gorgeous.
