I have a Jalepeno Pepper plant on my back porch. Everything has been going well up to a week ago when I started to get these tiny white bugs everywhere...thousands of them probaly. They mostly cluster around where the peppers are starting to bud...they are also in the soil. What are these and what is a way I can rid of them? I would prefer an organic method. Anyone that could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Sounds like you might have aphids. They tend to cluster at the tips of plants on the newer more tender growth, but not always. Safer's Soap will kill them, but you'll probably have to make several applications before you get them all.
