(Copy and Pasted Kareen's snickerdoodle recipe!)

Here is a easy recipe for Snickerdoodles:

1c shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2c sugar
Mix together
Sift and stir in
2c flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tps salt

Chill dough. roll into balls( ) the size of small walnuts. roll balls( ) in 2tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon. place on cookie sheet. bake untill lightly browned but soft.
