Me and Brennan made this fudge today.
Let me tell you...
.....if you need something GOOD FAST , this is it!
We chopped some pecans up and added to it.
Start to finish, 10 minutes.
No kidding.
Unreal!

Buckle up! It makes it harder for the aliens to suck you out of your car!

Hey, Jiffy!
I made your easy fudge from your recipe last year as thank-yous to the moms that helped with the school play. I put green and red sprinkles on top, while it was still hot. They loved it!
I see you've added vanilla. Mmmmmm! Gotta try that!

Search The Garden Helper:
put sugar in tall sided sm/med microwave safe bowl. add cocoa powder. divide butter into 8 pieces and put around the edge of bowl. pour milk and vanilla over cocoa powder and microwave about 4 minutes on high. it's done when the milk is boiling and the butter is almost melted.
remove from the micro and beat on high for about 2 minutes (i don't time it) pour into an 8x8 wax paper lined pan. let cool and enjoy! (oh, and remind the kids/spouse that the beaters and bowl is HOT, so be careful or better yet, let you take care of them )
