I have had good success at rooting sedum cuttings in water...So you might give that a try, I'm sure someone else will have another method to suggest soon.

If you haven't taken the cutting yet, take a stem with roots attached. Sedum is so easy to propogate. This stuff spreads like crazy. Even the tiniest piece with a tiny root will take off.

Last year I just got some of my sedum off and stuck it in the ground and kept it watered and it rooted with no problem.....
I just took 3 cuttings to root in pots outside.

Search The Garden Helper:
I have searched the internet and I'm convinced it is Sedum Angelina.
I'm confused as to how to grow this from a cutting. Is it, strickly speaking, a succulent? Rooting hormones in the Nursery are divided into "woody" and....I can't remember the other term they used - not-woody! LOL! But Sedum Angelina DOES have a woody stem - ~~sigh~~
Help!
