Hi Jenn,
That looks like a rabbit's foot fern, although I can't be sure without seeing the feet (fuzzy stems). Yours is pretty one.
Keep it in the same sized pot even though the stems will grow outside of and over the sides of the pot. A very thorough weekly watering by letting the faucet run through it is a good idea. Although it prefers high humidity, it will do well in dry air as long as the roots stay moist.
The best light for it is bright indirect light, such as a north windowsill.
