Hi Mercedes Lady,
They like low light and water when the top few inches of the soil are dry. Here's some links to help with their care.

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.

I have just bought 2 philodendrons and I am not sure about their care. One is a Monstera and the other is called Hope. I have both of them outside on my screened-in porch. I live in Virginia so they will have to come inside in the fall. Any advice on their care for keeping them healthy would be greatly appreciated.
