just bought a ficus from costco. dropping leaves like rain.What do I need to do?

your ficus is reacting to the change in environment. They just aren't happy with major changes. to minimize the leaf drop, they need constant temps, consistant watering, and rotated every week to prevent one side from losing leaves due to inadequate light. best of luck and keep us posted!
