Yummmmm! I love crepes!
I go on a weird binge every so often with these things! EVERYTHING I cook goes into a crepe when I'm like this.....mashed potatoes, meat loaf, everything!
The one above sounds like it would be good with a strawberry cream cheese filling. I'll have to dig the recipe out and post it. It is SO good!
My favorite: spinach crepes!
Might have to go oil up that crepe pan!

Boozy fillings.
Basic crepe recipe.
Plus, fry 4peeled sliced fruit such as peaches or pears in 25 gramms of butter, and 2-3 tbls caster sugar until toffee-ish. Fill the crepes and flame in 3tbls of brandy yummy.
now you are talking

I m sorry for the metrics i did not know if you could convert it or not!
1 kilogramme(1000 grammes)= 2.2045 pound
( easier 2 pounds=1kilo almost)
1 liter: I think it's the same for you I did not found the conversion! just ask if you don t understand i will find out the conversion.
good conversion and good appetit!!

4 eggs
500g flour
1/2 liter of milk
1/2 coffecup of sugar
a little bit of beer ( few drops)
a few drops of oil
cook them in a very hot frying pan.
the paste must be liquid but not too much , put a circle in the middle of pan and turn it to spread it
when one side is ready ( 1or 2 minutes)turn it on the other side.
good appetit stella
4 eggs = 4 eggs That one was pretty easy, I did it in my head
500 g flour = 4 cups give or take , I let the online conversion calculator figure that one out
1/2 liter of milk = 2 1/4 cups not sure but it looks right
1/2 coffeecup sugar = 2/3 cup This one was tricky because my regular coffee cup is 1 1/3 cup full but my travel mug is 2 c. full so I went with the regular
a little bit of beer = 30 rack because if I'm making crepes I'm having friends over
oil/pam = enough so it doesn't stick to the pan
and jogger's suggestion
25 grams butter = 2 Tbs.
What is caster sugar = powdered or granulated
quote:gotta be careful with this one!
Fill the crepes and flame
quote:Gonna use this one when I want the kids to go to bed
flame in 3tbls of brandy yummy
