somethings eating at my rubber trees leaves before they unfurl. How do I find out about the culprit or what ca I use to stop them?

first of all more questions! does this plant live inside or outside? next you need to look for sighns of a pests on the your plant! Do you see any white cotton places or any webs? Do you have any pets that might be playing with the new growth or small children that might be oh... taking a fork or something to your plant (mine have done this)! Can you give us more information about the damage that you are seeing? Is it that the edges of the leaves are misformed or are you seeing holes in the middle of the leaves? Are the edges brown, please describe any strange colouring! are you seeing any diffrent substances on your plant, like sticky honey dew drops or white flakes?
