I bought a goldfish plant at Lowes @ 3 weeks ago. At first it did beautifully- had lots of orange blooms. Now they are gone. Is this because we are going into Fall or could I be doing something wrong? The plant is still in good health, in fact it has lots of new growth, just no blooms.
Thanks,
Gail

I had one for a while. It bloomed several/many times a year with breaks between. I don't know if yours has stopped because of fall, my guess is that it finished the blooms it had set where ever it was before lowes, and now is adjusting (commercial greenhouse, lowes, your house... many changes for a plant). If it has new leaf growth, you have no problems. It's still doing beautifully! It'll surprise you with new buds when it's ready. Just watch that it doesn't surprise you with scale bugs. Apparently they are prone to them. Mine got them several times. Good luck with your new plant.
