i have had a small india rubberplant for well over 2 years now, it just does not want to grow. What conditions do these plants like?

Rubber plants like medium to high light and average room temperature. Avoid moving plants from high to low light. Allow the soil to dry womewhat between waterings. Grow in all-purpose mix that's been enriched with compost. Keep them potbound to prevent overwatering; repot only every 3 to 4 years. Feed twice a year, occasionally providing a very dilute vinegar solution. Wipe leave periodically with a damp sponge. Fresh air is very beneficial.

I purchased a 2ft high Rubber Plant early last year,it is now almost 5ft high. What works for me is bright, indirect light and LOTS! of water. I also give it a good shot of Miracle-Gro once a month. Wiping down the leaves every couple of weeks helps get rid of indoor pollutants and dust.
Hope this helps.
