No Bake Cherry Surprise Cookies

Ingredients for Cherry Surprise

• 1/2 C Butter, softened
• 1 1/2 C Flaked cooconut
• 1 3/4 C Sifted powdered sugar
• 1 C Graham cracker crumbs
• 1 tsp Orange juice
• Stemless marischino cherries

Preparing your Cherry Surprises

• Drain cherries well
• Mix butter and sugar.
• Add juice and coconut.
• Place one cherry in center of each "macaroon" and roll into a ball.
• Roll in graham cracker crumbs.
• Freeze or refrigerate until served.
