3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 packages yeast
1/3 cup warm water
3 eggs, room temp.
5 1/2 - 6 1/2 cups flour

Combine milk, sugar, salt and butter in sauce pan and heat over low until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool to lukewarm.

Dissolve yeast in very warm water in a bowl.

Add to the yeast the milk mixture, eggs and 5 cups of flour. Mix thoroughly. Add remaining flour until dough is workable and then knead dough.

Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

When dough has risen, divide in 1/2 and roll out each dough long and narrow. The longer it is, the more cinnamon rounds will be in the bread. Spread butter or margarine on bread and cover that with lots of cinnamon sugar. The more the better!

Roll and place in greased loaf pans and let rise for 1 hour.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
