Moving roses

My roses I planted this spring are not doing anything. I am going to move them to a different area of the yard...any suggestions or tips on how to do this? Next year I will fertilize more than I did this year and see if that helps.

First, I would wait until fall to move them. Make sure you move them to a place that gets at least 6 hours of sun. Add lots of compost/manure to the planting hole.
