Okay, so I've read about getting rid of the mold growin' on the soil, what about around the bottom of the pot?? It's about 1cm from the bottom, white rim all the way around, I can't brush it all off, it's stuck on, do I bleach it the pot? Thanx for your time.

sounds like it isn't mold at all, but rather mineral deposits. try scrubbing the outside of the pot with baking soda if there is a plant in it (rinsing carefully to not get the soda in the pot) or vinegar soak if the pot is empty.
