Have you ever seen a Dieffenbachia grow this way??

My brother has a pretty dieffenbachia. He doesn't trim off the dead leaves, doesn't wash the leaves and only throws a little water in it on occasion. Yet it's a really pretty plant. And it grows so weird! The pictures don't do it justice, but here it is...

I have this type of dieffenbachia. Though its not as bushy as this, it surely is going this way.
