I need some knowledge about planting Jasmine in Late Sept. In Zone 9 Central CA. Area.....Is it okay to do so? Also is it best to cover bougainvilleas during winter or during frost? Do they die back during the winter? Please help me out if your able, new to planting outdoors. Thanks so much.

hi ben, about the jasmine, as long as you don't let it dry out before it is established, you should be ok planting it any time. as for the bouganvilla, i can't help you.
