Varigated Aloe won't be stopped

This is so cute. Earlier this fall my varigated aloe tried to put up a stock of blooms. But it ran into the shelf above and the stock died before the blooms every flowered. Well I cut it off and didn't think anymore about it.

Well today I had to move the mint that was tumbling down over the aloe and guess what I found.... The aloe has put up two stocks that are much much thicker around and shorter. Hopefully these will fair better than the other one. But no matter what I have to give the aloe credit for being determined.
