Can someone tell me how to manually pollinate my cucumbers. My fruit is not developing and I'm pretty sure it's because of lack of pollination. I'm a total beginner, so I have no idea how to go about this. Thanks for your help.

A female flower should have a bud or super-mini cuke on the end of it and males will just be a flower on a longer stem. Take the male and rub it's center into the center of the female flower. That is pretty much all there is too it--just without all the proper names for flower-parts.

Sarah is exactly right. One tip would be to carefully peel the petals off the male flowers exposing the stamen. This carries the pollen. Just swab it gently on the stigma of the female flowers.
