Hey all. Just wanted to let you know I found two awesome sounding recipes, and they both recommend homegrown tomatoes because they taste better. The sauces are uncooked and sound like they would just be an awesome dinner on a hot day. I posted them in the recipe section, but wanted to let y'all avid tomato growers know, in case you don't usually check the recipe section. I think they would be worth trying, and if my plants ever get fruit [dunno] I'll try them too!

Well, that answers my question I posted on one
of them earlier...
I'd asked if it was "cooked" or not..
Kinda sounded different..

Interesting! Almost like fresh, cold, homemade salsa on a hot day!
