2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 Chocolate Pie Crust
1-3/4 cups cold milk
1 (4-serving-size) package pistachio flavored instant pudding and pie filling
Frozen, non-dairy whipped topping, thawed, for garnish.

Arrange kiwi slices to cover bottom of crust, reserving a few for garnish.

Combine milk and pudding mix in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer at low speed 1 minute or until well blended. Pour over kiwi and chill pie 2 to 3 hours.

Place reserved kiwi slices on top of pie and garnish with dollops of whipped topping.

Chill at least 2 hours.

I could eat about 5 or 6 of them alone!!!
