Hi Weezie,
Thanks for the recipe it looks good l'll try it next year.
I've been pickling garlic for a few years now all I do is put the garlic in mason jars don't peel and cover with cold malt vinegar and leave in a dark place for a couple of months (the longer you leave it the better it gets)The garlic vinegar is great on the b b q stakes Got some pickled garlic about 5 years old its gooooooood

Hey Limey,
If you have a recipe for that garlic
or the onions, you ought to post it
in the Recipe Section!!
I'll repost the one I sent under it!!
Some one else may like those too!
(and they'll find it more easily
under the recipe section)
I found a few more too I could add there.

Weezie

Have you ever done the garlic in
the oils before?? I understand those are
supposed to be pretty tasty too!!!

Hi weezie,
Never tried garlic done in oil.A friend told me about the vinegar,he brought some over, just as we were going to a party, I ate about 5 cloves before we left.Guess what I was called all night.

I'm not to well versed on too many,
but the oil is just that, oil and garlic...

Then when you go to cook, the oil already
has a nice garlicy flavor too it.
I do it for one dish that I have,
and it's zucchini, with veggies from the garden... Does anyone have recipes for food from your garden?

I have since then substituted that with regular salad dressings, because I didn't use enough of it to make it and not waste it.
