Hi everybody!

I have several old Heather Plants that did poorly last season. I'm about to dig up that bed and plant something else there, but would like to transplant the Heather somewhere else, and revive their vitality. Anyone know the best way to go about this - or have a link that covers care for Heather Plants?
I live in SE Virginia. Thanks in advance and hope I can offer help to someone here sometime.

Thanks,
Sharon
