red bugs on lilies

I have some red bugs...wings and black head...eating my lily leaves. What can I use to stop them /kill them off?

Neem oil spray or a spray used for fruit trees.I'd go with the neem. spray when the sun goes down so its dried before the sun hits it.If its bad do every 7 days and by the 3rd time should at least be under control.

Lily leaf beetles. You really need to try to control them quickly.
