I have a dracaena and I think it is the janet craig variety. It is tall with 3 bamboo like trunk and large green leaves. There is new growth coming out of two of the trunks near the bottom. They look just like new plants. One is growing out of the top of one of the plant trunks. What do I need to do with them? Some of the plant leaves on the original plant have dropped off and some of the leaves look ok and some should be taken off. Should I cut the tops off and root them? If I need to cut the tops off and cut the rest of the trunk down to where the new growth is?

Thank you for your help.

I also have a dracnea um I'm not sure the variety, something that starts with an S is what we came up with in mystery plants, other than indirect light and low water levels how do I care for it? Here are 2 pics -
