Velveeta Cheese Fudge

Ingredients

1 lb velveeta processed cheese
-spread
1 lb margarine
1 pk chocolate chips; (12 oz.)
3 tb vanilla
4 lb powdered sugar; sifted
3 c pecans; chopped

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, melt cheese and margarine. Stir in chocolate chips
and add remaining ingredients. Mix well until creamy. Spread into two
7x11-inch lightly buttered pans or drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper.
Chill until firm.

MICROWAVE:

Melt cheese and margarine in a 4-quart glass bowl on high (100%) for 3 to
4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir in chocolate chips and add
remaining ingredients. Mix well until creamy. Spread into two 7x11-inch
lightly buttered pans or drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper. Chill until
firm.

Yield: 4 pounds of fudge.
