We have a fireplace that sees a lot of use in the winter. I would consider it to be medium-to-low light, depending on what part of the mantle - one side is near a medium/large window and a small window, the other side is near a small window. Big window has Western exposure, smalls have Northern.
Suggestions for plants to go on top, keeping in mind that there's a fire every night? TIA
