Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 cup fresh pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 Tbs. peanut oil
- 3/4 Tbs. margarine (melted)
- salt
Roasting your Pumpkin Seeds
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Wipe pumpkin seeds to remove all pulp and fibers (DO NOT WASH THEM!)
- Thoroughly coat seeds with oil/margarine mixture
- Spread on cookie sheet in a single layer
- Sprinkle with salt (to taste)
- Toast for approximately 30 minutes until crisp and golden brown
