1 cup fresh pumpkin seeds
3/4 Tbs. peanut oil
3/4 Tbs. margarine (melted)
salt
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Wipe pumpkin seeds to remove all pulp and fibers (DO NOT WASH THEM!)
Thoroughly coat seeds with oil/margarine mixture
Spread on cookie sheet in a single layer
Sprinkle with salt (to taste)
Toast for approximately 30 minutes (until crisp and golden brown)
